Is Spoor really free?
Yes. The canvas, personas, archive, and essay synthesis are free. Sign in to use hosted AI with 500,000 text tokens, 10 images, and 30 minutes of voice writing in total — it does not reset each month. With your own API key you pay your provider directly — not us. Pro adds cloud backup plus 20 million text tokens and 150 images per month; hosted voice stays uncapped.

Where is my data stored?
Free keeps canvases on your device (browser IndexedDB, or local app data on Windows). Pro adds optional cloud backup so you can restore the same canvas on another machine. The private /app workspace is not indexed by search engines.

How does Pro billing work?
